Wig services are nonrefundable. Customers have up to 24 hours to request changes for wig constructions for the following reason(s) only: Wig unit does not fit (example: too small or too big) To ensure proper fit please check our wig chart. (Highlight “wig chart” to link to wig chart page) .
We do not accept returns or exchanges for dissatisfied service, wear and tear damages, or improper use of wig units.
