What type of hair does Humbly Touched sell?

 We specialize in 100% raw Cambodian, Burmese, and Vietnamese hair extensions, known for their natural texture, fullness, and longevity. Our hair is ethically sourced, completely unprocessed, and free from synthetic fibers or chemical alterations.  

What’s the difference between raw and virgin hair?  

Raw hair is completely unprocessed, meaning it hasn’t been chemically treated or steam-processed to achieve a specific texture. Virgin hair, on the other hand, is often chemically altered for uniformity. Raw hair blends better with natural textures, lasts longer, and has a more authentic look.  

How long do your hair extensions last?

With proper care, our **raw hair extensions can last 2+ years. We recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, deep conditioning regularly, and avoiding excessive heat to maintain longevity.  

Do your extensions blend with natural hair? 

Yes! Our raw hair extensions have a coarse texture and low luster, making them ideal for blending with natural hair, especially textured hair types.  

Can I color or bleach the hair?  

Yes! Our raw hair extensions can be professionally bleached and dyed, but we recommend consulting a licensed colorist to ensure the integrity of the hair remains intact.  

 

Ordering & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. (Example: Order placed on Monday March 10, will be delivered between March 24-28.)

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.  

Can I track my order?  

Absolutely! Your first email will include your order summary and confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an additional email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package every step of the way.  


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.  

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?  

We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please email customersupport@humblytouched.co within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.  


Product Care & Maintenance

How do I care for my raw hair extensions? 

  • Use a sulfate-free shampoo and deep condition regularly.  
  • Avoid excessive heat and always use a heat protectant.  
  • Store wigs and clip-ins on a mannequin head or satin bag to maintain longevity.
  • Keep hair hydrated with lightweight oils or serums to prevent dryness.  

Can I sleep with my extensions installed?

Yes, but to prevent tangling, we recommend braiding or twisting your hair and using a silk or satin bonnet or pillowcase at night.  

Can I swim with my extensions?

Yes, but we highly recommend wearing a swim cap to protect the hair from chlorine and salt water. After swimming, rinse hair thoroughly and deep condition to restore moisture.
