Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging our products, but if your order arrives damaged, please email customersupport@humblytouched.co within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the issue.
